This new 2 bedroom apartment in Skala features refined elegance, sophisticated style, and soft comfort. Performed in quiet, pleasant colours, the interior creates a truly cozy atmosphere: forget about all the problems and enjoy a chic vacation on the beautiful Ionian island of Kefalonia!

The apartment has its own spacious swimming pool. It is pleasant to spend time here, enjoying a swim or sitting comfortably on a sun lounger.

The bedrooms offer comfortable beds - double or 2 single. Each bedroom has its own bathroom equipped with a shower, WC and a sink. The equipment is of high quality.

The living room offers a seating area, dining area and compact kitchen area that offers a stove, microwave and a sink. At your service, there is a roomy refrigerator.

The seating area will please you with an elegant sofa and coffee table, where it is nice to sit together in a relaxed atmosphere. The dining area is equipped with an stylish table and chairs.

A wonderful veranda opens a magical view of the Ionian Sea: memories of evenings spent here in the company of friends or with the family will warm you up on long winter evenings.

This two-story building, in which the apartment is located, stands on the outskirts of the apartment complex.

Within 50 meters you can find the swimming pool, belonged to the complex, and a pool bar which is open every day 8.00 am to 1.00 pm, where you can find breakfast, snacks, lunch, dinner, spirits, cocktails. Once a week you can join an amazing BBQ GREEK NIGHT with live music and dancing.

Upon your arrival, a welcome pack including wine, fruit, juices, water, coffee, tea, sugar, milk and candies, will be waiting for you in the apartment.

We also provide swimming pool towels. 
Cleaning is performed every day, sheets and towels will be changed twice a week.

The apartment occupies the top floor of the house, while on the ground floor, there are office premises ready for operation, but not currently used.

The sandy beach is only 100 m away by a cute path. The asphalt road will take you to the sea in about 500 m. The nearest supermarket is 850 m away.

A lovely town of Scala with taverns, restaurants, bars, souvenir shops, and a magical beach is located just 2.5 km from the apartment.
